Staggered level Multi story Triplex layout advice

Hello, I am new to Revit and have a layout question. I have a 3 story triplex condo with staggered levels from one unit to the next. My question is, would it be better if I break the triplex apart and treat each unit as a separate entity, sharing a demising wall? (floor plans in acad currently) or is there a more simple work flow? I've been searching and have not been able to find something that fits my scenario.  I understand  the work flow if each unit was at the same elevation. Thank you in advance!

I'd keep it one Project myself.

...question: do you know the Level Elevations, or is that determined later by site/grading conditions?

If they share demising walls then keep them in one file.  Create a scope box for each unit and assign the levels and grids of the unit to that scope box.  The scope box can also be assigned to plan/RCP views of that unit for consistency.

I know the elevations, at least until they change :). I just read up on the scope boxes and got everything set up. I have plan views set up for each level of each unit, cropped and the ranges applied. I then created an "overall" of each level that contains each unit. To make things simple I will go into each units cropped floor plan and "trace over" my linked cad file. Thank you very much for the suggestion. So far i love Revit, especially after working in acad architecture and civil 3d. This is a learn as I go, on the job, attempt!
