Stack Wall With Diagonal Joint Between Stacked Sections

The curved wall below needs more development as we move towards construction documents.  The actual wall will have a base course of stone (represented in a darker color) and, above that (represented in a lighter color) will be wood paneling.  I believe I need to model this as a wall element so I can more easily add doors and reveals.  In a conventional situation, I would use a  stackwall.  In this case though, the joint between the stacked portions is not horizontal.  The joint rises up diagonally on the left side, see below.  It would be helpful to get ideas about a basic approach to modeling this to avoid too much trial and error.

Thank you

How about a separate wall attached to bottom of a wavy roof (Roof by Extrusion) that would be hidden in the view?
