Spot Elevations - Relative Base Greyed Out

I am trying to spot an elevation for a screed level, its 5mm bellow FFL.

I want to change the relative base but it doesn't give me this option, it's greyed out. See attached.

Suggestions more than welcomed, cheers1

In the Spot Elevation Properties, go to Elevation Origin. You can change it there Project Base Point, Relative, etc.

You may need to duplicate the Spot Elevation and make a new type for each setting.

It seems like you actually need to change the spot elevation base in type parameters to "Internal Origin", and then you will be able to change the Relative Base from there.  Seems strange that they changed that in Revit 2020.

Select the spot elevation and go in Edit type. Under text, change Elevation origin to Relative.

Hi, it's an old question, but in case someone else struggle : the parameter is at the top of the list, under "constraint". In your image, you are to low. See #1 in the image.

After you changed it to "relative", you need to select the spot elevation (see #2 in image) and select the level you need from the scrolling menu that appear just under the ribbon. See #3 in the image.

My Revit is in french, hope it can still be helpful.
