There is a very nice option in spot elevations, Display Elevation. Giving the elevation on top, bottom or both.

But why o why is this an instance? Please make this TYPE.

What's the time-savings of choosing a TYPE over choosing an Option? I think it would be six of one; half-dozen of another.

BTW: the Options Bar sets the Default for subsequent Markers placed.   Options can also be used to change multiple selections in one fell swoop - similar to picking a replacement Family from the Properties Palette Preview Selector.

1 - Place 30 spot elevations, Change to top and bottom, move the spot elevations so they are readable.

2 - Place the spot evelation directly in the right spot.

What would be more efficient?

And it is Dutch, not German. 🙂
