I´m having a problem with spot elevation that I can´t figure out myself.
I was placing spot elevations to plan views and all others went fine except the cellar plan view. The elevation of the floor is 6800 but the elevation spot shows the value 13900 (which is the height for the second floor). Only if I place the spot on the wall it shows the elevation correctly.
My visual style is on hidden line, elevation origin on project base point, display elevation on actual and using the tab key doesn´t help. I have a dwg file that´s probably at that level (13900), but it´s hidden so it´s not snapping on that either.
There was also something somewhere about view range but my bottom value is zero (which is that 6800) and cut plane and top are way above that.
There´s a photo showing how in plan view the elevation´s wrong but in a section it´s correct.
What´s wrong here?

Have you got an underlay active on that view? That can affect spot elevations
