You can edit the type and change the Leader Arrow Head (use the Arrow Open 90 degrees) and set the Symbol to <none> ....
Note:
Edit: Some OOTB project templates have that type (No symbol) already setup...Select the Spot Elevation and check under the type selector/drop down menu other wise duplicate type and create one as described above

Every think is good with arrow, I mean line like extension for arrow to show what it's measures.
Example green long line:
Ah ok now I get it you want a gap between the Arrow head and the Building element on which you placed the spot elevation... there is a workaround or a trick to set up something similar...Below

Yes this is what I was looking for, I though may be there is already build in Revit such type of arrow, now I understand that I need to make one myself.
