Hi
I have a long Schedule for Changes on the drawings(PM). When the A4 is not enought for two drawings Changes, so it shows only one drawing change the other shows on the next page.(See the attached images)
I need to sort it on drawing number, but I don't want a halv empty pages.
Thank you!
Not sure I fully understand the question, but--
Assuming you know that you can drag the blue dots up/down at the bottom to adjust the schedules.
You can also "merge" them back together by dragging on the "Move" icon in the upper left corner and placing the broken schedule right on top of the other schedule.
Thank you for the answer. Actually I know that but if you look on the images attached so you can see that when I drag to make it the size of A4 so it become halv page empty because the next drawing doesnt fit in the page. And my question how to let the "drawing Changes" split on two pages.
hope this will make it clear
Another option might be to create separate schedules, which fit on the A4 sheet, and filter them by "Drawing Change Number" 1-20, 21-40, 41-60, etc.
Then place the schedules on A4 size sheets.
Just a thought, since trying to split a very large single schedule and then place on sheets can be difficult.

It's because your rows are very tall. You can split a schedule but you cannot split a row.
We have plenty of long schedules (door lists, windows lists, drawings lists, etc) that span across 5-10 pages. We use the app Reports that is in the app store.
