I think it's a hosting issue. Clips appear not to be moving with the adaptive point. Host your clips to the AP's workplane, or to the workplane of a Ref. Point that is driven by the AP.

I fixed it by changing my panel family type to pattern-based curtain panel, now i want to show clips where it has been cut (at the top portion where the panel shape is not square)is this possible or do I have to do it manually? i tried making an adaptive panel but it wont repeat .

For border tiles you can place adaptive family manually.

I don't know what you mean by: you "fixed it by changing my panel family type to pattern-based curtain panel". Your screenshot clearly shows that it is already a curtain panel.

But, that aside; the supports can't possibly be represented correctly in the project when they are attached to the 4 corners of every single panel in the divided surface.  The supports need to be placed independently of the panels at each intersection. The problem is: not all the intersections have the same support, so it's hard to automate the process using the repeater tool.

That's my take on it, at least.

When i checked the family type it was "Generic Model" (even though i open a pattern based family) so i changed it to "curtain panel" the legs aligned themselves correctly.

Whatever. In your screenshot, it looks like a Curtain Wall Panel family. No worries though. Maybe I just misinterpreted the screenshot.

...and maybe too, that means I need new eye glasses. Ha!

All's good.
