Specify Coordinates at Point

Hello,

Despite re-defining the coordinates through "Specify Coordinates at Point" command, when I use the "Spot Coordinate" to annotate it doesn't appear to have updated.

Any ideas how I can solve this? Screenshot attached for clarity.

What's your Spot Coordinate's "Coordinate Base" set to?
