At our office we like to use three special characters in our schedules (a filled dot, empty dot and half filled dot). The special characters show up as regular text and two of three even show up in the schedule (empty and filled dot). The half dot is the only special character that shows up as a box.
I've attached images of the issue.
the text font is Yu Gothic, I also tried Yu Gothic UI but got the same result.
Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Set the Schedule's Body text to the text style that uses Yo Gothic UI font.
barthbradley and ToanDN,
It was helpful bouncing off ideas... The mapping appeared correct and using the appearance function changed all of the body text, i didn't want that.
I ended up highlighting the entire column by pressing the column letter and then overriding the font with the font button on the toolbar. I was also able to override the header text individually using the same process. The header was the only cell that you can override individually (see attached image updates).
Thank you, it was very much appreciated!
