so i have arrayed this wall reveal from the bottom of the wall upward but the lines skipped an area.. the lines seem are can be highlighted but it does not show
Arrays always need the same element to be arrayed. When it comes to the windows I think Revit wants it modified (to accomodate for the windows) which is not allowed and then it is dropped out.
As a note, limit the amount of arrays in your project. Arrays are a relative big performance drain on Revit.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
Hi,
I would have to agree with @L.Maas , to not use such arrays in the project, or only in limited amount.
That said, it should be possible, see sample below (from standard revit template)
Even adding windows after or changing the reveal position works.
How are the windows hosted, maybe share a small sample of the file?

Did you array Sweeps at all Walls? You know you can build Sweeps directly into the Compound Wall Assembly.
Regarding your specific issue, see if this works to knock some sense into those bad Sweeps: select all the Windows and do a Clipboard Cut and Paste Aligned to Same Place.
If it's truly related to the fact that you copied them using the Array method, then see what happens when you Ungroup them all.
By the way, you don't have to "Group and Associate" arrayed elements. Uncheck this box. It'll still make as many copies as you like. Or, leave it checked and ungroup and disassociate after the fact.
I love the Array tool. I use it a lot. Beats Multiple Copy.
