1 - You fill these in manually in the room properties.  Revit won't automatically read the finish given to the floors or walls.  If you create a schedule of the rooms you can fill them in simultaneously.

2 - You can't make a legend that shows the elevations of curtain walls.  Look at assemblies which can give different views of elements such as curtain walls.

3 - For a small project, do everything in one model.  You will complicate the workflows by linking in all the different disciplines into a model.

1 - There may be a Dynamo script that can do this, or you could create one if you know how.

2 - A curtain wall is a wall.  It does not have a specific size like a door or window family.  However, you can create an assembly which will show the elevation of the specific curtain wall (and other views).

3 - I'm not sure that I understand what you're asking.  Just add the desired elements from any discipline to your model.  They have the correct categories.

2- i can't change the parameters or type of curtain to make legend or other soluotion that i change the type of windows so it will look like curtain ( but i think ofcourse not curtain is easy to edit and i can make a quantity for mullions easly )

1 - Create a schedule - it won't take long to change the finish fields to multiple rooms.

2 - Try the assemblies feature.

3 - You stated that it was a small project.  The file size should still be manageable.  You can create different views for each category if you want, such as electrical layout for all the electrics and switch off the piping HVAC and everything that is not relevant to the drawing.  Same for the other categories.

1. Window select the curtain wall and filter out walls and curtain grids Or select all the mullions and panels of the curtain wall).

2. On the modify tab, click Create Assembly (next to Create Group).

3. Give this a name.

4. There is a new category in your project browser - Assemblies (at the bottom).

5. Expand this and right click on the named assembly - create the view that you want to use as a legend view.
