Some grid lines are missing after duplicating view

Hello!

The problem is very simple: I can't see some grid lines in duplicated view (see in pictures below).

Original plan:

Duplicated with detailing plan:

I have reviewed all the proposed options in this link but it did not solve my problem: http://revitclinic.typepad.com/my_weblog/2009/10/tips-for-missing-grid-lines.html

I look forward to other options and I appreciate your help! 🙂

Hi @Anonymous

When you select those missing grids on the original view, are they 2D Datums or 3D Datums? (A small Icon should show at the end of the grid stating 2D or 3D

Did you try to Propagate Extents of those grids? On the view where they they do show,

  1. select the grids which are not showing on the duplicated view
  2. On the Ribbon > Modify|Grids tab (should appear automatically when you select the grids)
  3. Use Propagate Extents then in the following Dialog check the view where they are not showing

The missing grids are 2D Datums (as all other grids).

Yep, I've tried to Propagate Extents but it didn't work because duplicated view wasn't in Dialog (view list).
