Some elements if link IFC not showing/or missing

Hallo Everyone,

I got IFC file from another company and when i link it in my Revit version 2021. i am not able to see the cable trays and some other elements. I tried to make check on all the categories in visibility graphics for host view and also custom option for the linked file. But its not showing.

Another problem is that i am also not able to see the elements in the floor plan view. i checked the view range but didnt helped.

Can someone please guide me about the problem and how can i fix it.

hier is the picture in IFC viewer

If this is still relevant, check whether the missing entities from the IFC file are set to be imported into a specific Revit category. Some of the more services related IFC categories are set to <not imported> in an out-of-the-box installation.
