I'm having an issue in Revit 2019 that I haven't encountered before. I have a project with existing, Phase 1, Phase 2, and Presentation phases. In the existing plan I have several areas that both have partial height walls and countertops (that are extruded objects) set to be demolished in Phase 1. When I go to my Phase 1 removals plan, the elements in two of these areas are shown solid, whereas all of the other ones are correctly shown dashed. I knocked them both with the hammer in the removals plan, so they were set to be demolished with the same Revit method. Any ideas? I'm attaching a screen shot (the circled walls/casework is set to be demolished in the same phase as all of the dashed objects).
Not enough information here in this screenshot to troubleshoot. Can you post the project?
See attached file. Thanks!
Yes. All of the items highlighted in red should be shown in dashed lines in the removals plan. There are three areas where they show solid-- three on the left of the plan, and the uppermost red area.
You have other Graphic Overrides acting on it. See your Filters. They have hierarchy.
I will adjust my filters. I'm still stumped as to why other similar type elements (same types of walls at same height, same type of casework extrusions, all created and demolished in same phases respectively) are showing correctly and these select ones are not.
That should be easy to troubleshoot. Just turn off (uncheck) the Filters and see what remains.
