I wanted to model the electrical power sockets to Europe style, where we can get the library.

You can install a new (european) country library, see HERE how to do that. You also can model your own. Further you can look on bimobject.com to see if they have something available. Alternatively you can look for (european) manufacturers and see if they have Revit content
