Snapping To angles

Old problem,

I have snapping on for endpoints - no angle snaps.

I draw a line but can't snap it to the end point because- well I don't ****ing know. Ortho? This happens all the time with tight angles. I just want to snap to the endpoint but no go.

So what you are saying, is that you can't place a  Angular Dimension period. Is that about the size of it? Nothing at all happens when you press Angular Dimension and pick line A and line B?

No.

I can't place a line exactly top of another slightly angled line. Like say if I wanted to create an area from my plotline.

Have you tried the pick line tool?

Doesn't work with property line.

Not the point.

Often have a line that just snaps to an angle or despite there being no angle snaps on. Happens with tight angles.

I think that you are going to have to provide an example of what you are trying to do.

What's a "plotline"?   Sounds like something to do with books or movies.  If you mean Property Lines; the Area is automatically computed.  Select the Property Line and look under its Instance Properties.  The Property Line Area will report in a Tag and a Schedule.   What more do you need?
