Smooth transition between railings

I'd like to create a railing where the top rail stays sloped with the angle of the stairs, the bottom rail follows the stringer, and the balusters span between them—see attached sketch. Is this possible?

Hello,

It is possible to create the railing type like your attached picture. You can create your own railing using sweep and extrusion. For balusters, use extrusion, create the profile from the top and adjust the heights at the section view. Once you created one, you can copy and paste the others. For handrails and parts below balusters, you can use sweep, take the path from the sections as you want like your attached picture.

I hope it helps!!
Happy optimizing!!

Select the Railing > Edit Railing Select the path that you need to have slope. on the option bar change to By Slope, Then change to custom and give value for the slope. This will make the top rail & Baluster to follow the Stringer. as shown in pic below
