Slope arrow question

I am trying to slope a floor up 1'-0.

So I drew the slope arrow like this:

Your slope arrow needs to be perpendicular to the long side of the slab. You have a angle of 102 degrees instead of 90, which causes the slope to go in that direction.

@Anonymous  Look at your Slope Arrow properties...  It says "Specify Height at Tail" and up 1'-0".  Change it to the Height at Head.

 

Personally, I would not use the slope arrow at all and modify the sub element corners.
