Sketch lines to be shown on plans

Hi all. I would like to sketch some lines, for example furniture lines on the plans, and these to be shown on the plans, so I don't need to find the element  in 3d etc.

I have used model lines but they hide bellow other elements, which i sthe best way to do it?

I would say just use annotation detail lines and that's it
