Instead of drawing the line right to the edge of the topo, try drawing it just barely to the edge.

From your screencast it looks like you are trying to create a street in that curved profile? Is that correct?
Which version of Revit are you using? Have you installed the latest updates for your Revit version from the desktop app?

hi thanks for the reply,the problem was the size of the toposurface and its solved.but i have another question ,how can you edit individual items type without effecting the whole family?for example i need to alter the distance between the blusters in railings but when you edit type the whole family changes.thanks
When you open the Type window, click on duplicate and give it a new name. This creates a new railing type that you can edit independently from the others.
