Sink Display Error

This sink on the architectural floor plan has a strange display. I've tried using the View Range to display the top of the sink but there is no effect. Does anyone know how I can display it correctly?

Check the Family Element's Visibility Settings for Plan View.  See what's visible and what is not.

...or post the Family here and we'll advise.

Inspecting the Visibility Settings of the desktop in the Desk Family:

I can replicate the representation you are showing in your screenshot.  I can almost get there by lowering the View's View Range Cut Plane to about 2'-0".

Post your file.  Let's get to the bottom of this.

...you haven't by any chance applied a transparency to the element or its category?  I can get your representation  by doing that.

Is this a floor plan or a ceiling plan?   Looks like it is a ceiling plan with the cut plane under the counter looking up to capture wall receptacles and ceiling lights.

If you don't want to edit the family, then draw a plan region around the counter and set the cut plane at 3'-0".

If you want to edit the family then use the attached.
