Hi all.
I am participating in a scientific study where we created a block of concrete mixed with polystyrene - where we applied on the walls of house 1 and the slab of house 2.
We simulated with and without the insulation and noticed a good change in temperature. However, when I did the Revit simulation on the cooling part the results are apparent, but on average daily temperature does not change anything. And in the simulation we did with another device showed the temperature change.
Any of you guys can give me an orientation? I really need to publish this article. You can help me get a masters scholarship.
Thank you!
Hi Deebens,
I am not an engineer, I might be wrong, but isn't the Revit calculation based on the fact that you keep the inside temperature constant?
So that the cooling/heating energy that is required depends on the external temperature change.....
