Signage with multiple lines of text, each line have a multitext parameter

I want to design a post and panel sign, each panel will have a destination with an arrow pointing in different directions. For some reason, I cannot change the text on the properties panel. I will do appreciate your help. (uploaded Revit family for reference). Thank you

You made the text a type parameter instead of instance. so to change the text in your scenario you would have to click edit type in properties. 

To be able to change the text in properties it must be an instance. I re-uploaded the family with instance text parameter for you 😉
