Welcome to the forum.
Instead of "searching and searching on internet" it's better to learn how to do it.
You need a reference line, whose endpoint is aligned and locked to a cross of reference planes. Then you create an angular dimension between the reference line and one of the reference planes. Then, you convert the angular dimension into a parameter. Now you have control over the rotation of the line. The next step is to add a geometry that represents the shutters, which should come from another family, work-plane based; then you assign the workplane of the reference line to the nested family of the shutter. Then, if you change the value of the angular parameter, the shutter will follow the reference line.
It might take a while to get it right, but once you learn it, you will be able to do many other families by yourself.
Thanks very much. I'll try it but i think i have understand how to do it. good job and good luck for everyone
