Hi,
i was wondering if its possible to show the Zoom-Factor in Revit like in Archicad or other Software.
If not is there a way to bring the Zoom Factor to 100% ?
Thanks in advance!

Zoom Factor based on what? What would a zoom factor of 100% show, a 12" thick wall shown as 12" on your screen?
Based to the Scale, like in every other Software. So if I'm working in a Floorplan and the Scale is 1:100 and the Wall is 50 long the wall on the display is 50/100 long.
That would be useful to ensure Text, Section marks etc has the right size in the plan.

You can use the keyboard shortcut ZS to Zoom Sheet Size, which is 100% scale of the active view or sheet. But that is about it.
use ZS shortcut to see on screen the drawing at the chosen scale (as ToanDN mentioned in his post)
Then if you click on ZoomOut (2x) you will obtain a drawing at 50 percent from ...then again 50 percent..
If you have Dual Screen , then ZS works only on desktop no 1..
