You can use Dynamo. The result can be exported to Excel or to be processed further in Revit.

In each model group that I would like to query, there is a room that has custom parameters for reporting unit data. I also utilize Exclude Members to address unique unit wall conditions, replacing the standard wall with a wall of appropriate rating as needed. Once I input the correct wall, the room becomes rebounded but the wall is no longer a part of the group. Thus, I would need another solution if I wanted to include that wall with the list of elements.

Is it possible to use Dynamo to list all elements that bound a given room?
