Hello,

In Collaborate tab - Show History button is greyed out.

Model is Revit 2020

Collaborated

Comments have been entered during the syncing process

I tried to Transfer Project Standards, per Revit 2018 posted solution, however the button is still greyed out.

TIA

The Show History button should not be impacted at all by the active model. In fact it should be available if you have no model open. Here's some troubleshooting ideas:

If you close all your files (and leave Revit open) is it still greyed out?

Is this happening on more than one PC?

Thanks for the help Jason.

The button is active when no models are open and I'm able to navigate to the model via Desktop Connector. Odd thing is I don't see recent syncs that I did earlier, so not sure what is happening there.

Upon opening the model again, I see my recent changes but the button is still greyed out.

When I open Manage Model, I do see the history and Comments.

Decided to test out a little more in depth:

Show History button is still greyed out after installing on another system. I tested by collaborating a test model, here are the steps I took:

1. Created new model

2. Saved locally (Show History button active)

3. Collaborate tab - Collaborate

4. Once collaborated, Show History button is greyed out)

5. Synch (added a comment)

6. Closed model and tried to access Show History button, pointed to the model but DO NOT see my comment

7. Under Collaborate tab - Manage Cloud Models, I am able to see the latest sync AND my comment.

Concluding this feature only works for locally saved model, not Collaborated model or there is a bug/error/setting in the steps above. Further concern, Show History only shows two syncs while Manage Cloud Models shows every sync including comments. In addition and perhaps because of this, Worksharing Monitor doesn't even see any models open or synching.

The function works fine with central models saved on Revit Server. Maybe it is just not compatible with BIM 360.
