This isn't really a big deal if the crop box is made not visible but when views are cropped to rotated scope boxes, Revit can't really figure out how big to have the crop as shown on the sheet. In the image below, I've turned on the crop visibility. You can see the titleblock, the small crop box that is the scope box and then the much large sheet crop box with the view title way away from the actual crop region. The main problem is the need to resize and move the view title but it should work better. Does nobody have views that need to be rotated due to buildings that have 45 degree wings?
