I have a Title Block with a Height and Width parameters.
I want to show the size on the title block, so I created Global Parameters Height_GP (=Height) and Width_GP(=Width). Those parameters are working as expected, but when I put them on an Annotation Label and load it in the project I just see a question mark.
What am I missign?
Thanks.

If there is a question mark, the parameter is not connected correctly to your label. Are you willing to upload this family so I can take a look?
Here it go! I have reduced it to the not working Label.
Thanks
@M_Perez: I think what you mean to do is load a Generic Annotation Family containing a Label into the Title Block Family and then associate the Label value to a parameter in the Titleblock Family. For instance, GA Family Label has the Shared Parameter "Breite_GP" and the GA Family is loaded into the Titleblock Family. Then, under the GA's Properties, look for the "Breite_GP" Parameter and associate it to the "Breite" Parameter in the Titleblock Family. You don't even need a "Breite_GP" Parameter in your Titleblock Family. It's not necessary.
Exactly, that is what I saw in other Titleblocks, but I don't get why it doesn't work with an Annotation in the Titleblock ![]()
Hi,
Good point. I followed the procedure and I created a Titleblock family with inside a Generic Annotation Neasted family, together with the releated shared parameters.
Once the family is loaded in model, and Project parameters (from shared parameters) are created in project, unfortunately you can see the values in the sheet, but you cannot read the data (Length and Height of titlesheet) in the sheet List, since it looks Revit reads these parameters from Sheet and not from Titleblock.
How to solve the issue?
Please refer to the screenshots

You cannot. Information from Sheet to Titleblock is one-way only: Sheet's parameters to Titleblock's labels. On top of that, you can place multiple Titleblocks of various sizes on one Sheet, which one is THE ONE?
