Sheet numbers - duplicating

I have drawings (sheets) for different groupings.
Examples are 04-DOH Drawing Set and 05-DOB Drawing Set etc.
I have the a sheet with the same number in each of the set.

How can I do this effeciently? Currently I am using the unicodes but it is not user friendly for other users.

Does your sheet have prefix value follow by sheet number? Usually if you want to have the same number, I would add prefix to separate the number from one to another IE: DOH-A100 and DOB-A100. If that is not possible, you have to resort to Unicode and just tell user to use CHARMAP for other specialized text. CHARMAP is easy to use and user can copy the font and paste it into Revit.

Unfortunately we can't change the number of the drawing.

How do you use the CHARMAP?

Is there a link you can send me?

I was using the ones inside Revit, but the results were not constant.

press Window key + R and type in CHARMAP. User can pick and choose the character. Copy and paste into Revit.
