sheet number out of order in cover sheet

even when I changed the numbers completely they stay in those rows on the cover sheet, any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi,

Is this a sheet list?

You have to sort the list.

it is already sorted and there is a A600 series, but those two sheets wont go in numerical order with the rest of the 600 sheets

Share the dialog sorting settings so we can see what the logic is now. That doesn't look like it is sorting by the sheet number primarily.

The three parameters that drive the sorting don't include the sheet number so as far as Revit is concerned the sheet number is irrelevant. It is focused on three parameters you aren't showing in your original screen capture. Discipline Order is the first thing it is sorting by, then Discipline and finally Sequence No. Work out if the correct information is entered for those A6xx sheets so they fall in the correct place in the list.

Obviously your schedule doesn't sort by Sheet Number.

No.  If you want to sort by Sheet Number then add Sheet Number to the sort list, not Sequence Number.

no, thats why it was out of order the seq no. was listed in the 200's not the 600's in the shet properties now its fixed.

Why do you need Sequence Number when you can simply sort by Sheet Number?  Sequence Number is only needed if you DO NOT want to sort by Sheet Number, i.e.  A200 -> A600 -> A300.
