Sheet List with revisions as bullets

Hi all,

We have a client that has a vey specific way they want their Index of Drawings. The only way I have been able to set this up is by drafting and using text for the whole sheet list. We have run in to problems with this as we add revisions, remove sheets, etc. Is there any way to set up a sheet list and have the current revision just be a bullet point? Below is a picture of what we currently do.

How does that solve DKeener's issue? This doesn't seem to apply to Sheet Issue parameters.

@DKeener , were you able to find a solution for this? I have looked into this before and have given up....we are looking at adding something exactly like your pictures as a standard in our office. Any info ANYONE could provide would be excellent.

Cant Imagine, this basic issue still not been resolved from Autodesk, we get such schedule but only inside titleblock but not in project.
