Sheet List Page Range

Hello Revit community!

I'm working with a large sheet list.  There are so many pages in this drawing set that the schedule doesn't fit on the cover page anymore.  We usually "itemize every instance" on the sheet schedule but in this case I think that listing every individual sheet is unnecessary as they are sequential.  My question is this... Is there a way to populate the Sheet Number column with the first and last page in each category?  (example: C101-C103, P101-P112 etc.)

Not without workarounds (the workaround being doing it manually with a different text-based parameter).

When grouping, your options are <varies> or custom text:

The custom text applies to every instance of <varies> so it's not particularly useful in this application.

Schedules can be broken out into columns - is there room for additional columns on the sheet?

If you are using 2024 or 2025 you can use sheet collections

• it is a text parameter basically with exentded sorting options (you can susbtitute it with a project parameter if you are using older versions
• You can fill manually (Can be done collectively. ie: You input once for the whole collection)
• You can fill using dynmo (fairly simple and tiny graph)

you can make the extra parameter for sheets and control the schedule with that!
