Hello all,
I have made a new family for my timber framing. But I have the problem now that my Shape Handle does not stretch the wooden frame.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I've added the family in this message.
Thanks for the help in advance!

You have constrained the ends of the beam to the reference planes that are assigned for "stick symbol", which are the limits of the single line representation of the beam when the view is set to coarse. Edit the family so that the extrusion is limited by the other reference planes (higlighted in this image).
Did you create the family from scratch or edit an OOTB structural framing family?
Are you actually precutting every timber element at an angle? Why don't you do this in the Project via coping or cutting back to a Ref. Plane? You can doing this with any OOTB Structural Framing Family. Seems silly to build the cut angle into the member instance properties. Just saying.

Thank you Alfredo,
Your explanation was clear and did the trick. Thank you very much.
I have edited an existing structural framing family from the Revit library. I am fairly new to this and just started with Revit a few months ago and am autodidact.
Thank you @barthbradley for the reply. Your suggestion is new so I have to think about possible locations to use this option.
I have build in the angle option because we have several different standard houses with several options that I have to create. I always like to have control over the things that I put in the models and this is one of them.
But I understand what you are saying and will explore the possibilities of your suggestion.
Thanks for the help!
Use Opening by Face tool to cut a beam to the shape you want. When you copy the beam, the shape comes with it.
