Shaded view displays as if its Wire Frame

Did anyone have this issue? Not sure what settings could control this but at some point my model started being "see-through" which is frustrating to work with... This happened to me in the past once but I assumed it was an issue with my graphics, but now I have a decent setup and this shouldn't be the cause of the problem...

NVIDIA RTX A5000

64 GB Ram

i9 10900

Below is a "shaded" view

Set the view's phase filter to Show Complete.

Here is the elevation and plan view to show that those girts are behind the wall

In this case, it is the thinnest of the wall that cause the elements behind to bleed out in a 3D view, especially when zoomed out.  Most of the time the bleeding is on screen only, and will not show when you print/export to PDF.
