SELECTION PROBLEM - is my family way bigger than it seems?

I have this revit family, but when i try to select it, it by its size its like the family doesnt fit. I attach the family so you can see.

What do you mean it doesn't fit?  It's a Generic Annotation. It scales with the View scale, but on a Sheet it will always be the same size - no matter what the scale of the View the GA is placed in.  Just like Text.
