Selection Box

When I use the selection box I see the blue color in the cut portions, which seems too bright and I want to change it to black/grey. How?

You can change the view to medium or fine detail level, but if you want it to be in course detail level, I believe the only way to change this is with VG overrides for cut patterns of the elements you are cutting. Here is have changed the pattern for walls to solid/grey.
