I want to use a pre defined scope box to view a particular sector in the whole project. Now after selecting the scope box pre-defined for that sector, my revit crops 3d view accordingly. But now I want to disable the pre defined scope box but also want to keep the view cropped so that I can use shape handles to cut the view based on the levels I want to see. How do I do that? Can someone help me please

when I set to none, my crop is disabled and it is bringing the whole model foot print into the view
Instad of assign a scope box to the 3D view, simply select the scope box and create a section box from the ribbon for that 3D view.

Disabled. It shouldn't be. Are we talking about "Crop View" under the View Properties?
we want to make use of pre-defined scope boxes since it is hard to set a scope box each time because of the complexity of the project. Also, I have selected the scope box (in this case sector D) and selected the selection box but it is not giving any shape handles to modify

Yes, I get that you have no shape handles. That's why I said to turn off the Scope Box.
I think you did not read my response carefully. Please read it again.
If you create a section box from selecting a scope box then you sure should have grips to stretch the section box.
