Select Tags by its host element parameter value

Hi,

Can you please help how it can be possible to filter or select all placed tags by its host element parameter value?

Explanation:

Suppose, I have some tags to different wall and needs to select / filter those tags which host elements have a parameter named like width and size = 8".

Do it can be possible by default Revit or we need to create some dynamo.

Please, redirect me if there have any similar kind of dynamo is available.

I'm kind of lost here. So, you want to select all the Tags of a particular Type in the View? What about Select All Instance in View?  

FWIW: Tags are View-Specific Elements.
