where is "seek" in r2019? (seek sends you to the download center for families) It used to be found in the insert heading.
Also - where did the link to Add-ins go in r2019. Used to be at the upper right hand corner next to the search bar.

SEEK died a few years back.

Add-in drop menu is still there. But if you are talking about the app store then click on the shopping cart icon nest to the username upper right corner.

Autodesk Seek changes to BIMobject add so you must to download and install BIMobject add into Revit 2019 and it will work as Seek.
