Hi all,

how to add number and text onto this section tag? for it to be view-specific?

Huh?  It is View Specific.  Put the reference View on a Sheet and watch the magic happen.  

...or do you mean you want a different label in the bubble?  If that, then edit the head and change the label.

You don't need to add detail number and sheet number to the callout.  Place the view on a sheet then the numbers will show.  You can edit them afterward.
