Section head doesn't change

I can't change section head names.

Edit family is also greyed out.

HUH?  

Is this what you can't do?  Rename?

Put the Section View (the one that the Section Marker is referencing) on a Sheet.  Does that resolve the issue?

Putting section view solved the issue.
