We have one computer that when using the Section Box tool the image is extremely distorted. No one else on the team is having the issue. The user can view others 3D views created from the same tool with no issue, but when creating or updating his own the issue persists.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Revit but continue to have the same issue.
Could this be a Graphics Card issue? if so, we are struggling to find recommendations for Revit 2017

The issue does smell graphics-card related. Have you checked if your cards are on the recommended hardware list? And if they are, have you confirmed that your machines are using the recommended driver (from the same list)? The recommended driver is not necessarily the latest one.

Thank you for the quick reply. We thought the same regarding graphic, but the form/link you sent does not go up to 2017. Do you have updated information for Revit (Bldg Design Suite) 2017?
On that form, if you change the toggle from "Systems Hardware" to "Graphics Hardware" and select "Revit" from the software list, you should be able to select 2017 in the drop-down. Try that out and then see if your video card is in the list.
