section box around my 3d view

Hi, how do i get rid of a section box around my default 3d view in revit?

Hi @tpreisler, 

 

Go into your Visibility/Graphic Overrides (VV or VG) >> Annotation Categories and scroll down to Section Boxes and switch it off.

Hi, thanks for helping me . but i realize that now i lost the section box
by all 3d views,
how can i have it where i need it just in the default 3d view it shouldn't
show up. like when i open a new file.

2 ways to get back your hidden section box:

 

  1. Go into your Visibility/Graphic Overrides (VV or VG) >> Annotation Categories and scroll down to Section Boxes and switch it on.
  2. Click on the bulb near your bottom scroll bar to Reveal Hidden Elements and you will see your section box. Select it and right click >> Unhide in View >> Category. Click on the bulb again to switch it off.
