Section and elevation marks disappeared

I'm frustrated as hell here.  I've spent the last half hour or better on Google, and not had any luck.  Where the **** are my section and elevation marks?  They've just disappeared.

I have checked hidden items, I've checked visibility graphics, I've checked properties, and had no results.  Where are they?

Please see attached:
* missing sections elevations.jpg: elevation & sections tags are not hidden

* missing sections elevations2.jpg: same scale as my floorplan, section exists, but revit can't locate the section on the floorplan...WTF?

* missing sections elevations4.jpg: I can create a new section.  Fine.  But, WTH are my original section marks?

Somebody please help me.  I'm at my wits end, and at this point, honestly, I see no point in using Revit.  The headaches that I have with Revit, I've never had with AutoCAD, and I just don't see a benefit to using Revit.  Pleas help.

I figured  it out.  It's on my phasing filters.  This is stupid.

Phasing in Revit is quite useful/powerful for renovation projects.

(Much better than AutoCad, actually.)

However, using Phasing does add complexity as you have discovered.

Keep at it--you will eventually wonder how you ever used 2D Cad once you get rolling in Revit.

the answer is "SCALE"

step 1: reduce your scale first until u find that section back

step 2: CLICK on each section

step 3:  in the properties pallet click on the property " Hide at scales coarser than" and make sure you go beyond the scale you want your drawing to be at.

step 4: don't feel stupid that this was such a basic feature, its frustrating but Revit have so many complex features and every day is a new lesson.
