Second Filter Rules dont get transfered with Transfer Project Standards

Hi,

I have some filters which have more than one Rule.

I have observed that the function under Manage 'Transfer Project Standards', wont transfer the second Rule if its based on Level.

Allow me to illustrate the original filter rule:

and the rule when it gets copied to the other file:

Any ideas on this? I know of a workaround for this would be to split the Rules into two separate filters, but is this a limitation of the Transfer Project Standards? Or a known bug perhaps?

If you are trying to recreate the issue, try any logic where you can use level as a Rule.
