Script error - unable to launch Revit 2020 installer

I have updated my Autodesk Licensing per the hotfix and have access to Revit 2020 through subscription. Presumably it has completed its downloading activity because it shows a Launch button. When I pick the Launch button I get a scripting error.

I did a clean uninstall of the beta via the Uninstall tool and also did a reboot - 2x for good measure. I have also logged out and back into my subscription. I am using Windows 10.

What's next?

Thanks,

Glynnis Patterson

@GlynnisVP

Are you still able to launch Revit after you continue running the scripts?

Can you close open browsers, if any and clear your temp folder, and let me know if this helps?

Hello Viveka,
I've tried selecting both the Yes and No options on the scripting error, but both result in the same, which is that it's all frozen and I need to use the Task Manager to shut it down. I just restarted for a third time and now I got to a new stage, but it's erroring with a message that says: "The License Manager is not functioning or is improperly installed. Revit will shut down now." I tried a fourth time and then got it.
Thanks for your replies. I am now up and running.

I have the same problem. I do not have log me in and have emptied my temp file. I uninstalled and re-installed Revit and have the same exact error message.
