Depends on how big the screws are.
...that's pretty much the nuts and bolts of making the determination as to whether or not to model something.
It depends. For the entire building, no. For some enlarged 3D details to explain how things put together, maybe.
I would honestly consider using a different tool for that job, like Blender, RhinoCAD or 3D Studio Max (if you have infinite budget) something that is actually good at being a 3D modeling tool.
With Blender I just install a free add on hit shift A then adjust parameters in a spreadsheet using the bolts add on.
