I've found that there isnt a Floor/Level parameter on the schedule properties window.

Is there any way to do it anyway?

that would all depend on the type of schedule you are making. different parameter options are available for different categories.

Click under the Select available fields from dropdown and add Room, then you will get Level from Room.

" Schedule Level" needs to be a Shared Parameter in order for it to report in Schedules.

Right now I CAN sort / group by elevation, but it depends on the parameter "schedule level" which i need to enter manually for each item. i can handle with that. no complains 🙂

the IDEAL way is that revit will know in which level every item is located, without me to manually tell him. but i don't know if it is possible.

btw: the parameter "Room: level" returns empty value on schedules.

Are you saying that "Level" is not an available parameter to your Specialty Equipment Schedules?

it IS available, but revit knows the value of "level" only if i manually enter it under "Schedule level" parameter (on instance properties window, of the family)

I'm totally confused. "Schedule Level" is not an in-built Parameter.  "Level" is.  My Specialty Equipment report what Level they are on.  Do yours not?

Noticed in the other topic you started on copying to other levels your elements were unassociated, that might be something to look at... not sure how that works in your schedule for your levels...

When i create schedule for floors, for testing - it reports the levels.

But for some reason it doesn't report the levels of the signs (The signs defined as specialty equipment) only if i set the level manually in this not built in parameter.
